After a long time again a watercolor. I had bought the black watercolor paper some time ago, but I couldn’t get around to using it. Unfortunately, black watercolor paper is just like black canvases. The quality in comparison to white papers or white canvases is not identical. It would be nice if it were just black. In this case I can say that despite its 360 g/m² it immediately ripples when water is absorbed, it actually does not store any water and dries very quickly. I would say that the paper behaves more like a craft paper. Fortunately, it does not leave any residue of dried masking liquid and the surface is quite robust. With the motif of a galaxy, I didn’t worry and just did my experiments; like always.
