I wanted to paint an abstract watercolor again using Winsor & Newton’s watercolor mediums to create great effects. And again, I just painted from the gut and had previously made no idea about how the painting should look in the end. It’s fast and suitable for spontaneous painters. Doreen.

– watercolor paper by Hahnemühle from the series Britannia, 30 x 40 cm, 300 g/m², natural white, cold pressed, matt

– metallic water-based pigment paints by Yasutomo in Red, Violet

– watercolor paints by Nevskaya Palitra from the series White Nights in Carmine, Madder Lake, Magenta, Bordeaux, Quinacridone Violet, Ultramarine Violet

– Winsor & Newton watercolor mediums; Iridescent Medium, Texture Medium

– water spray bottle

– daVinci watercolor brush from the series NOVA synthetics round No. 6
