The series „Mountain and Sea“ continues. In this painting I wanted to paint a dramatic sunrise over the sea, with expressive blue tones for the mountains. As I did not paint the painting in one step, but repeatedly created the sections sky, mountains and lake with several layers, dark lines are visible on the upper edges of the mountains. I will try to avoid this in the future. Mostly I painted in the wet-on-wet-technique, but the waves in wet-on-dry. In the video, I have renounced long explanations, but for this time limited to the colors that I use. Again I had no reference picture. Doreen.

There is also another channel, where I show coloring videos.
